We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise and Partnerships Manager to drive new enterprise client acquisition from pipeline generation as well as developing existing client relationships; driving top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption
What you’ll be doing
Research and thematic idea generation for engagement of large enterprise businesses
Building target lists of and identifying key persons to engage within targeted space
Helping to produce content and outbound messaging for enterprise customers
Managing a pipeline of targeted companies to initiate conversations with decision makers. Including follow up and meeting scheduling
Account mapping - producing account maps of key decision makers with influence across the identified businesses
“Prospect success” - enabling smooth transition of prospects toward buying decision. Coordinating product demonstrations, documenting product requirements, internal advocate and RM with onboarding teams
Strategic Partners management - working closely with Growth/ Events to maximise relationships with partners
Product Buddy support - collecting feedback from enterprise engagements and building a structured process to document, articulate, rank and deliver these requirements to product and advocate for these developments
Bridging between developed “product roadmap” and the business - taking concepts in development into engagements with enterprise parents for feedback
Enterprise & Partners success - owning a portfolio of selected names to manage post onboarding as we continue to build within the account.
Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations: Effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products and services. Conducting compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
Developing strategic account plans and sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive successful customer engagements.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the payments industry essential, MEA / LATAM specifically
Track record of success in enterprise sales (2-5 years), preferably in the B2B technology industry in payments
Product and solutions oriented with a consultative approach to customer relationships with some business development experience
Creative, commercially minded problem solver
Deeply customer focused and ability to nurture long term relationships
Organised, proactive, team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills - written and spoken French a big +
Demonstrable entrepreneurial / intrapreneurial skills either through work in a startup or projects directly executed in previous roles
Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision makers towards positive outcomes.
